Glexis Novoa is an interdisciplinary artist working primarily in wall drawing and process art; he includes the curatorial work as a component of his practice. He was at Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture 1998 and received his BFA is from E N A, (National School of Art), Havana 1984. He currently lives and works between Miami and Havana. 

He has been a participant in biennales such as Havana (Cuba). His work has also been exhibited at Worcester Art Museum, Worcester, (Massachusetts); Miami Miami Art Museum, (Miami); Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, (Havana); Centro de Arte Contemporáneo Wilfredo Lam, (Havana); Centro de Cultura Contemporanea, (Barcelona); Weatherspoon Gallery, University of North Carolina, (Greensboro); Pittsburgh Center for the Art, (Pittsburgh); Centro Atlántico de Arte Moderno, (Las Palmas), Fundación CAIXA, (Palma de Mallorca); Centro de Arte Santa Mónica, (Barcelona); Museo X-Teresa Arte Actual (Mexico City); Ludwig Forum Fur Internationale Kunst, (Aachen); Städtische Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, (Dusseldorf); Porin Taide Museo, Pori, (Finland); The Bronx Museum, (New York), among others. 

In 2006 he was selected as Cintas Fellowship Award (New York). 

Hes work is part of the collection of the Centro Wifredo Lam (Havana); Lowe Museum University of Miami (Coral Gables); Ludwig Forum Fur Internationale Kunst Aachen, (Germany) and Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (Havana), among others.
